Margulis, I'm going into the catacombs and aid in the evacuation. I take it that you're going to go to the roof and handle things personally?

Of course. We'll need every advantage we can get in surviving this with workable structures intact.

The trick is knowing which part of the catacombs that are not damaged previously. I could go to the underground lab, which is what I am considering as a secondary option. The United Earth is not aware of it.

I don't have the room to support everyone. I will head there myself and use the cannon to fend off oncoming natives that are threatening the entrance. It's the best I can do at this point.

I can handle a few restless natives. If my cannon doesn't stop them, my spitting orchid will, or the porcupine plant. Either way, my lab is needing my protection and I am NOT about to let the UE take that away from me.

So long as you have some amount of magical aptitude on your own, it should be possible.

It's a fairly simple spell, so it shouldn't be difficult to learn with some instruction. I can give lessons whenever you'd like.

I'm usually least occupied in the afternoons. I'd typically be in the library then, and that's as good a place to practice magic as any.
